Check out what's being said about Sling:

Jay is Games: Sling (Sept 25, 2006)

If someone were to have told me that I'd be spending the next several hours flinging, flicking, snapping, bouncing, dropping and shooting a green gob of gooey slime around 50 levels of a unique new Flash platform puzzle game, I'd probably have expected to see an exceptional piece of work. Well, Sling is exactly that: an amazing new physics-based platform game and I have been playing and enjoying it for hours. Read More...

Table of Malcontents: Sling - Flash Game (Sept 25, 2006)

There are a lot of puzzle games out there, but few of them come with an introduction and cut scenes. Sling has all that, plus an intuitive interface, clever puzzles, and a fun physics-based challenge. Sling away!

Deckmonster: "Sling" is Addictive (Sept 24, 2006)

Found a cute little Flash game earlier tonight (via Digg) called Sling. As with many of the best games, this one is simple to play, but a little tougher to master. Be careful, though... As evidenced by the timestamp of this entry, Sling is extremely addicting. Make sure you have plenty of time to play.

Krishnamoorthi.com: Most Addicting Flash Game... Ever (Sept 22, 2006)

I started playing this game yesterday and I thought like all the addicting flash games, it would all be over today but then the urge to play the game was tremendous and I couldnt get off the computer without finishin it. And finally today, I successfully managed to complete all the 50 levels of the game. Its the first time I’ve ever completed a flash game. Here’s a link to the game - Beware! Highly Addictive!

The Swan Speaks: I AM HERE TO WASTE YOUR TIME PART II: They're gonna fire me for this... (Sept 21, 2006)

The name of the game is Sling. YOU are a ball of goo, that somehow has a hand, but not much else. You must bodily (in a goo kinda way) throw yourself from handhold to handhold, while avoiding spikes, traps, walls, the bad guys and failure. You are timed. If you complete all the levels within the "gold" time limit, apparently something good will happen to ya.

Now, for those of you who tried the dot game, I know you had fun and probably wasted some time. But let's face it, the dot was neither cute nor interesting, just maddeningly simplistic in its goal and efficient in its obstacles. This game actually has characters, sound effects, and a sense of humor, so you oughta like it.

Can't write anymore, I've got to get past this level. Enjoy.

P.S. - the game automatically sets a cookie on your computer, so you won't lose your progress if you have to close the browser window.

MilitantPlatypus.com: Sling (Sept 21, 2006)

Silly and fun. This should keep you entertained for a bit.

Free Games for Mac: Sling (Sept 21, 2006)

You’ve always wanted to fling and sling your greenish goo? But not in public! Here’s your chance to do it as much as you like without being shunned by society.

Games on the Web: Sling (Sept 21, 2006)

Sling lets you play as a blob of goo. Your job is to retrieve the element of slime stolen from your world by thieves from another dimension. You do this by following them through the maze of the other dimension, hopping from 'grab' to 'grab'. Avoid the bad guys, turn all the grabs green and then get back to the warp point to move on to the next level.

This is quite a fun little game, with funny interludes and amusing voice overs. With 50 levels to conquer, you could be playing for a long time.

There's a nice tutorial at the beginning to get you started.

In-Sect.com: Sling, an Edis Brothers Game (Sept 20, 2006)

Sling is a very entertaining flash-game of the Edis Brothers from Perth, Australia. They are the makers of over 200 online games and the owners and founders of eZone, a kid safe website full of games. They invented ‘Lenny Loosejocks’, a game that brought a little of the Monkey Island humour back into the web and went into many, many sequels. Highly recommended!

Now ‘Sling’is a simple click-and-drag gravity skillgame (Now that’s a description!) with a new rubbery twist to it.

EwA's Secret Lair: LINKS for all season (Sept 18, 2006)

Sling your way to victory in this interesting puzzle game, I may not be a fan of casual games like this...but this one is really well made.

It's All About the Games: Nice Flash Games (Sept 18, 2006)

Play as a blob of slime and solve puzzles by slinging and s ticking onto grab areas. A very nicely done flash game.

Rest of the Net: Game: Sling (Sept 16, 2006)

Fun game flinging what looks like gooey snot around.

Hey thanks guys, you even got us dugg!

WebLinks.ru: Sling (Sept 16, 2006)

(It's in Russian - but hopefully they say something nice!)

We are Game: Sling (Sept 15, 2006)

This reminds me of something quite interesting I pulled out of my nose last friday. But infinitely more fun. And less gooey, albeit not so salty. Sling the little booger through this multilevel game, avoid traps and interdimensional baddies to save the homeworld. You know the drill.
